Valley Mills ISD reports perfect School FIRST financial rating

Brenda Byrom told the Valley Mills Independent School District Board of Trustees on Dec. 18 that the district received a perfect School FIRST financial rating.
"Brenda is happy to report a perfect rating," Byrom said, noting the district's performance in the district financial accountability process. The board did not take further action on the rating during the meeting.
The School FIRST rating was presented during the board's public hearing section. No public comments were offered on the financial report, and trustees proceeded to routine business afterward.
