Uintah Council approves annexation so development can access city water

Council Member Bell moved to approve and Council Member Roberts seconded; the motion carried with all council members voting in favor.
Mayor Cutler emphasized that annexation is required for water connection. Staff will proceed with administrative steps to incorporate the parcel into the city's utility service area following the council's approval.
