FEMA payment pending; board signs needed for Halfway Brook project paperwork

Separately, the board reviewed paperwork from the state that requires signatures of two members of the consultant-selection committee to confirm 2 Rivers as the municipal project manager for the Halfway Brook project. The chair said he could sign as the responsible charge but requested at least two additional board signatures so state paperwork can be returned and staff (Rita) can proceed to prepare an RFP for construction.
Board members agreed to provide the necessary signatures so the procurement process can continue.
