During the April 23 work session the council reviewed a draft grading ordinance and requested members to review the text before the next meeting. "New homes require grading plans. Need to clarify steps for builders," the transcript records Mark Brunermer saying while explaining the proposed changes.
Council moved to post an open public works position (M/Chapes S/Moorhouse) and to appoint Caitlin Amer to the Planning Board as an alternate to fill a vacant seat (M/Chapes S/Vondran). The meeting was opened for public comment; no members of the public addressed the council. The meeting concluded with a motion to adjourn.
The grading ordinance draft will be reviewed by council members and staff ahead of future consideration; the posting and appointment proceed as administrative actions from the meeting.
