The list includes: authorizing payment of bills and vouchers; authorizing purchase of 25 64‑gallon and 75 96‑gallon recycling carts through the Sourcewell cooperative purchasing contract; adopting emergency temporary appropriations for 2026; authorizing refunds of overpayments and duplicate payments; memorializing the hiring of Jonathon McElroy as a full-time officer; and authorizing a contract with Morris Siegel to provide Tai Chi classes at the Clayton Senior Center.
The council treated the items as routine and approved them together; any member could have removed items for separate discussion but none were pulled.
