Union Grove ISD board accepts two resignations after closed session

The Union Grove Independent School District Board of Trustees on Aug. 9, 2024, unanimously accepted the resignations of two employees following a closed session. The meeting convened at 4:00 p.m. at the Union Grove ISD High School Library and returned to open session at 4:40 p.m.; the board then took the personnel actions.
A motion to accept David Chatterton's resignation was made by Tim Turner and seconded by Brian Cox and carried unanimously. A subsequent motion to accept Rachel Hogue's resignation was made by Tim Turner and seconded by Justin Smith and also carried unanimously. No public comments were received during the meeting, and the board adjourned after taking those actions.
