Eric Haugeberg presented the proposed 2024–2025 Memorandum of Understanding between Temple Independent School District and the Juvenile Justice Alternative Education Program. Haugeberg said the "language is basically the same except for the addition of a discretionary placement option." The committee then considered the memorandum.
A motion to approve the MOU was made by Dan Posey and seconded by Shannon Gowan; the motion carried, 4–0.
