Eatontown hires T&M Associates for MS4 watershed report and accepts $35,526 leaf-composting grant

The grant (partially funded by American Rescue Plan Act funds per the resolution) covers operations where wood waste is chipped and leaves and grass are composted, and authorizes borough officials to execute required grant documents in SAGE and to sign the grant agreement.
Both items were approved as consent resolutions; the MS4 work will be overseen by the borough engineer and funded from capital/accounted grant funds.
