The motion to approve the CAFR was made by Jim Blackford and seconded by Jake Wolf; the vote was recorded as 4-0 in favor.
The CAFR — the district's audited annual financial report — was listed on the agenda and presented to trustees before the motion. President Mike Jones called the meeting to order, established a quorum, and the board noted there were no public comments during the allotted public comment period. Attendance was recorded as four present (Jim Blackford; Kristy Hollingsworth; Mike Jones, Board President; Jake Wolf) and three absent (John Bullion; Tammie Mann-Chrisman; Steven Owens).
