During the March 10 public-comment period on any subject, Ann Marchiani of the Caldwell Environmental Commission described the commission’s projects, goals, and grants and urged the borough to consider creating an environmental commission in North Caldwell.
Resident Jeff Ivler raised multiple neighborhood concerns, requesting review of zoning at 19 Squire Hill Road and 10 Sunset Road, asking for an update on the proposed blasting ordinance, and urging the council not to decrease speed limits on county roads. Council President Anthony Floria-Callori and council members acknowledged the comments and recorded follow-up actions by staff and counsel.
