Planner Tom Behrens said the ordinance "reflected the state model ordinance regarding collection of residential and non-residential development fees as well as the allocation of the funds collected." The hearing was opened and closed at the March 10 meeting and the ordinance was adopted by recorded motion with six affirmative votes.
