Council adopts new affordable housing regulations to meet Fourth Round obligation

Behrens said the state had issued an obligation of 118 units to the borough and that the borough had faced three challenges to that obligation. The ordinance passed on second reading and adoption procedures recorded six affirmative votes on the motion as carried by council members present.
