The Tenafly Planning Board approved its 2026 committee assignments at the Jan. 28 meeting. Appointments included: Site Plan Review Committee (Nichole Osborne, Jon Warms, Mary Beth Wilmit and Mayor Mark Zinna); LDR Committee (Julia Park, Nichole Osborne, Mary Beth Wilmit and Mayor Mark Zinna); Joint Affordable Housing – COAH Committee (Mary Beth Wilmit, Jon Warms, Mayor Mark Zinna, Councilwoman Lauren Dayton and Dan Oelsner as alternate); Master Plan Committee (Mary Beth Wilmit, Ted Nevins, Dan Oelsner and Mayor Mark Zinna); Environmental Commission representative (Jon Warms); Historic Preservation Commission representatives (Linda Khorozian, Lynda Baldini and Jordan Brink as alternate); and Entertainment Committee (Linda Khorozian and Amanda Booth).
Mayor Mark Zinna moved to approve the committee members and Jon Warms seconded; a voice vote carried the motion with all eligible members voting in favor. The assignments were recorded in the minutes and will guide committee work for the calendar year.
