At the Liquor Commission hearing, the petitioner (Jonathan, a general manager) described plans for a tented event with a staffed bar and security to prevent handing alcohol outside the tent. The commission moved to approve the request to allow the sale of alcoholic beverages in conjunction with the Festival of Color, subject to the commission’s conditions.
