Veribest athletics: football wins, cross country district title; track to be resprayed

Morris summarized team results and postseason prospects, then described facility follow-up: "Since that email, Mrs. Traylor and myself spoke with him over the phone. They will be back on campus the week of October 21st with an engineer to try and figure out why the paint didn't match. This time they are going to respray the entire track." District leaders said vendor assurances aim to complete corrective work before invitational meets in late February.
Morris also provided routine program updates for JV and junior-high teams and reported football and volleyball season records and recent victories.
