The Cohasset Affordable Housing Trust voted unanimously on June 10 to enter executive session under Massachusetts General Laws chapter 30A, § 21, permissible reason number 6, to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property identified as 39 Mill Lane. "Motion by Cindy Matheison to go into Executive Session, seconded by Ted Carr. Roll Call Vote: Rob Henry – AYE, Gene Pesci – AYE, Cindy Matheison – AYE, Ted Carr -AYE. Motion carries 4-0," the record shows.
Earlier and later in the meeting the Trust handled routine administrative business: Cindy Matheison moved to approve the minutes of May 13, seconded by Rob Henry; the roll call vote carried 4-0. At the end of the session, Ted Carr moved to adjourn, seconded by Cindy Matheison; that vote also carried 4-0 and the meeting adjourned at 9:45 AM. No public comments were received during the meeting.
