Town planner: LAU for 1 Pleasant Street accepted by state; 147 South Main reportedly under agreement

Cassandra Thayer, Cohasset’s town planner, told the Affordable Housing Trust on June 10 that "The LAU for 1 Pleasant Street has been accepted by the State and has been sent off for signatures." She said the regulatory agreement will be recorded at the Registry of Deeds once all signatures are received.
Thayer added that she "believes that the property at 147 South Main Street is under agreement for sale to a new owner but has not heard any further update on when the property will close." The Trust did not take a formal vote on either property during the meeting; the planner presented the update as information for the Trust to track and record.
