District approves Valcom PA system and cabling across several buildings

A board member asked whether the Knabusch building was owned by the district; administration explained it is a leased building and that equipment installed would remain subject to lease terms but there was no indication the building would be reclaimed by the lessor.
Board members treated the item as a completed project and approved the purchase by roll-call vote, 7–0. Administration confirmed the funding would come from the general-fund security budget rather than the bond.
