Councilman Penta to meet NJ JCP&L rep about converting West Long Branch streetlights to LED

Penta indicated the meeting with the JCP&L representative will involve borough committee members and be an initial step toward identifying technical options and a possible timeline for replacements. No funding amounts or schedule were discussed in caucus; follow-up work was presented as a committee-level action item.
