Board members questioned whether new in‑person clinic time would change minimums in the contract and asked that the agreement's language be updated to reflect that the parental consent policy is already in place rather than stating that the district "will" implement it. Legal and district staff said the legal office will revise contract wording before the April 22 board consideration. The superintendent confirmed the item will return to the board packet with that clarification.
