One council member voiced concern about alcohol-related harm in surrounding neighborhoods and said they would vote no for that reason.
The clerk called the roll for passage. Votes recorded were Yes — Wu, Evans, Hersey, Cockrell, Wilkin, Quisenberry; No — Jones. The resolution passed and the council congratulated the applicant. The council did not attach conditions to the approval in the recorded motion.
