DRC asks applicant to revise Dillard Street mixed-use site plan
Summary

The Development Review Committee did not approve the current site plan for the proposed mixed-use buildings at 210 and 214 Dillard Street S and instead voted to require revisions. City Engineer Jim Monahan moved that the applicant revise and resubmit the plan for staff review only; Building Official Skip Nemecek seconded and the committee voted 5-0 to carry the motion.
Nicole Gargasz, representing Gemini Land Development, Inc., acknowledged receipt of the staff report and indicated she had no questions. The committee’s direction means the applicant must update the submission and return it to staff for review rather than proceed immediately to permitting.
