The City of Winter Garden Development Review Committee voted unanimously to approve the site plan for ADS Winter Garden’s roll-up door project at 115 West Crown Point Road N during its Feb. 26, 2025 meeting. City Engineer Jim Monahan moved to approve the plan “as reviewed by staff and ready to submit for permits”; Building Official Skip Nemecek seconded and the motion carried 5-0.
Chris Niemann of Century Contractors, LLC, the project representative, acknowledged receipt of the staff report and had no questions. With the committee’s approval, the applicant may proceed to submit permit applications consistent with the staff-reviewed site plan; staff will handle permit intake and review under normal procedures.
