Miss Solano presented the Lone Star Governance monitoring update, focusing on college-and-career readiness (CCMR) and Panorama social-emotional survey results. The GPM (5.1) is to increase the percent of students meeting the TSI benchmark from 46% to 48%; projected district performance for the 2025–26 cohort was described as approximately 62% based on preliminary data. The Panorama survey showed strong favorable responses on emotional regulation (district average ~81%) and teacher/staff climate averaged about 67% districtwide.
Solano described interventions: embedded readiness standards in 6–12 curriculum maps, required remediation for students retesting the TSI, summer bridge programs, and expanded counselor and social-worker training. Trustees asked for campus-level Panorama data and discussed tailored supports for campuses with lower ratings and additional monitoring of tiered interventions; administration said January benchmarks will provide additional detail for targeted action.
