Mathew Eastwood, Chris Pratt and Sandra Smith sworn in; board retains same officers

Jo Ann Cooper, a Notary Public, administered the Oath of Office to Eastwood, Pratt and Smith after they completed their pre-oath forms. Following the swearing-in, the newly seated trustees took their seats on the dais.
The board then moved to reorganize officers. Robert Anderson moved by acclamation to retain the same slate of officers from the prior year — Sandra Smith as President, Iris Hammontree as Secretary, and Will Sudweeks as Vice President — a motion seconded by Lorenzo Tavarez and approved unanimously. The minutes record the board entered an executive session later in the meeting; no action resulted from that executive session.
