The Development Review Committee reviewed a site plan for Resurrection Church’s Daniels driveway on Winter Garden Vineland Road and directed applicants to correct conflicting drainage specifications and provide required easement documentation.
City staff flagged an inconsistency in the drainage plan: the storm drainage pipe chart on sheet C-7 called for a 24-inch HP pipe while section A-A on C-8 and the material specifications called for 24-inch RCP; the applicant acknowledged the conflict and was instructed to clarify pipe types on resubmittal. Staff also requested a recorded easement granting access to the property to the east. Planning noted a strand of trees appears close to the proposed gravel road; if any trees over 12 inches DBH are removed a tree-removal permit and possibly replacement trees would be required. City Engineer Jim Monahan moved to have the applicant revise and resubmit the site plan for staff review only; Building Official Skip Nemecek seconded and the motion carried unanimously, 4-0.
No permit was issued at the Feb. 12 meeting; staff review and corrections are required before any final approval.
