The trustees agreed Caroline should purchase brochures she needs and they will determine the appropriate budget line for those purchases.
IT and operations: Tom reported installation of software on new computers is ongoing and agreed to help Katie set up printing at the library so she would not need to print treasurer information at home. Katie reported an additional grant from CLIF for a storyteller; minutes also record that a public hearing to accept a carpeting grant was held before the board meeting, no one appeared at the hearing, and the board accepted the carpeting grant.
