Pleasant Prairie planning staff presented a dual request from agent Dale Pageant and property owners Travis and Linda Becker to approve a lot-line adjustment and accompanying zoning map amendment for property at 10815 32nd Avenue (Lot 25, Foxmoor Estates). Staff told the commission the adjustment will transfer about 592 square feet from Out Lot 1 to Lot 25 and about 648 square feet from Lot 25 to Out Lot 1, and will combine Out Lots 1 and 2 as adjusted. Staff said the change will place the pedestrian path that connects 32nd Avenue to the Kenosha County Bike Path entirely within land owned by the homeowners association, which was the original intent.
The commission moved, seconded and approved both the zoning map amendment (rezoning the transferred area into the PR-1 district and Lot 25 into the R-4 urban single-family district) and the lot-line adjustment by voice vote. Staff recommended approval subject to the conditions listed in the packet, and commissioners had no conditions beyond those enumerated by staff.
