Engineering staff explained milestone requirements to protect the June triathlon schedule, with the RecPlex main lot targeted for completion before that event and 80% project completion by 07/25/2025. "The low base bid for the Prairie Springs Park and Roger Pring Municipal Center parking lot improvements was submitted by Payne and Dolan of Waukesha in the amount of $2,486,208.59," staff said on the record.
