He told council, "And tonight, I'm simply asking this council to finish what we've started." The crew will focus on priority corridors, sidewalks near schools and other highly visible public spaces.
Council passed the related purchase resolutions and supported immediate deployment of the beautification team. Staff said the purchases are one‑time capital investments intended to support thousands of hours of clean‑up work and to be staged at city property.
