The Rolling Meadows City Council approved six consent resolutions in one motion on Feb. 24. Among the items were Resolution No. 26-R-25, authorizing a not-to-exceed $110,000 contract with Corrective Asphalt Materials (CAM) for the fiscal year 2026 annual pavement restorative seal application, and Resolution No. 26-R-27, which approves a grant agreement with the State of Illinois in the amount of $453,711.10 under the Law Enforcement Camera Grant Program.
The consent package also included appointments to the Solid Waste Agency of Northern Cook County (SWANCC), an intergovernmental agreement with Arlington Heights for Phase III engineering on the Algonquin and New Wilke intersection improvements, and two proposed TIF redevelopment plans that will convene joint review boards and call public hearings. Mayor Sanoica read the resolutions into the record; Alderperson O’Brien moved the consent motion and Alderperson McHale seconded. Roll call was 5–0 in favor.
