Public Works staff presented two final balancing change orders for completed infrastructure work. For the Roundgate Subdivision CDBG project, staff recommended approving an increase of $156,402.40 to cover unforeseen field conditions (underground storage tanks, additional restoration and utility adjustments), bringing the final contract to $2,056,402.40.
For the 2024 MFT pavement patching program, staff described additional patches added by direction that increased the contract by $24,377, resulting in a revised final amount of $213,863.50; staff said they will return early in the year with a final MFT resolution to reconcile allocations after the board approved the change order.
