Garry Wells moved to pay the bills and Kevin Finnegan seconded; the record states the motion passed 'All in Favor.' The board also received a communication that the SLC self-insurance plan will cost $26,899.00 for the next year, up $3,008.00 from the prior year. The insurance figure was communicated as part of communications during the meeting.
