The resolution gives the Town Clerk the authority to appoint deputies "to act in his/her absence and when the volume of work is such that more persons are required," language taken verbatim from the adopted resolution.
The action formalizes staffing flexibility for the clerk's office and states that a third deputy may act in the town clerk's absence with the powers conferred by statute and the board. The minutes are signed by Town Clerk Zoe Hawkins.
