At the Nov. 19 meeting the board approved a string of planning items recommended by the Community Development Commission. Items included a special-use permit for RP Trans Service at 1220 Mark Street (staff noted outdoor storage and striping conditions), a licensing/permit cleanup for Parkville Auto's secondary building on Dominic Court, a wall-sign quantity variance for the Old Second Bank at 2 South York, and variations to accommodate an Acura parts-building expansion at 220 Gateway Road.
Community Development staff told trustees CDC recommended approval of these items by 4-0 votes and that petitioners agreed to conditions such as striping, internalized auto-body work, and site landscaping. The board approved the ordinances and variations by roll call.
