Engineer: ADA ramps finished; borough to follow up with county on crosswalks after contractor missed work

Tom explained the county’s paving practice puts curb-to-curb paving responsibility on the county while additional sidewalk and ramp work falls to the borough, and he said DLS (the paving contractor) failed to complete some ramp work on the project, leaving partial construction and missing striping in places. The engineer agreed to follow up with the county and return with an update.
