Rosemont trustees approve zoning changes for Rosemont Theatre and restated parking agreements
Summary
Trustees approved a text amendment to the D Commercial Zoning District, rezoned the Rosemont Theatre to D Commercial, and authorized a restated parking agreement for portions of TIF 8 with BRE Pearl Street entities related to Carmine’s and Truluck’s. A sign variance for Littelfuse was also approved.
The board unanimously approved several Municipal Development and Building & Zoning items. Trustee Roger Minale moved and trustees approved a text amendment for the D Commercial Zoning District and a rezoning that places the Rosemont Theatre building in the D Commercial district.
Separately, trustees approved a restated parking agreement for portions of TIF 8 with BRE Pearl Street 1, LLC (related to Carmine’s restaurant) and BRE Pearl Street 2, LLC (related to Truluck’s). The board also approved a variance from the sign ordinance for Littelfuse at 6133 N. River Road. All motions were carried by unanimous vote.
