Madrid board sets $6,000 annual cap for holiday decorations, hears updates on truck and tractor plans

He also recommended tabling a decision on purchasing a new tractor so the incoming highway superintendent can decide; Barkley said the current tractor remains in good condition and does not need to be traded in at this time.
