Members discussed event logistics and volunteer capacity. Chair Michael Koehler said the Community Church might need help with Corn Fest due to fewer volunteers and the absence of Boy Scouts. Roxane Summer suggested contacting Good News Coffee Truck to provide coffee at Arbor Day plantings. Staff indicated Duck Race sales will begin in June and continue through National Night Out, with the Duck Race scheduled during Meadows Fest, tentatively at 5:00 p.m.
