The motion to accept the financial reports and remaining consent items was made by Al Flanagan and seconded by Keidric Trimble; the motion passed with six yeas and one absence (Trustee Joe Conflitti).
The consent package listed nine items: approval of previous meeting minutes; monthly financials; the tax report; acceptance of donations; approval of the 2024 certified tax roll; adoption of the district improvement plan for 2024'025; approval of campus improvement plans for 2024'025; authorization of a Region 10 ESC interlocal agreement for school nutrition for the 2025'026 school year; and a proposed revision to the board meeting calendar. The board recorded the vote as Yea: 6, Nay: 0, Absent: 1.
