The motion, made by Trustee Liz Gutierrez and seconded by Trustee Shirley Jordan, passed on a recorded 7-0-0 vote. The board authorized the superintendent to finalize program documentation and to issue payments to qualifying employees as discussed by administration (presenters included Kimberly Moore, Olga Mendez and Belinda Gamez).
