PDC offers tutorials after many candidates cite website confusion and email issues

Chair Jay Leach pointed respondents to the PDC’s educational resources and said staff would provide one-on-one help when needed.
Leach told participants, "The PDC has some tutorials on its website... they also have some lunch box series people can participate in... that educates candidates and would-be candidates." PDC staff offered to arrange follow-up calls and to walk respondents through the Secure Access Washington filing interface. The commission conditioned many suspensions on respondents filing missing reports within 30 days and instructed staff to contact those who asked for help.
