PDC grants vendor’s request to redact home address from C4 reports over safety concerns

"That disclosure of such information would present a personal risk to a reasonable person," staff told the commission while citing RCW 42.17A.120 and WAC 390-28-080. Chair Leach said he found the statutory requirement met and ordered that Huskins’ records be exempt from public disclosure under the cited authorities if the commission’s finding stands in the written order.
The request was presented as a narrow, case‑specific exemption and the commission resolved the matter during opening calendar items. The staff presentation noted the modification would remove the address from three amended C4 reports and that the campaign supported the request. The commission did not indicate broader rule changes; the order will be memorialized in a written disposition.
