The City of Soap Lake convened a special meeting on July 31 at the Soap Lake Community Center/Senior Center. In attendance were Mayor Peter Sharp; Council Members Bryson, Carson (participating by phone) and Gorman; City Clerk Olson; and Public Works Director Olson.
The council voted unanimously to accept a $7,500 bid from North Winds Heating for two 2-ton ductless units for the library. Council Member Bryson moved the HVAC bid motion and Council Member Gorman seconded it. After that item the council approved a motion to adjourn; the meeting ended at 11:36 a.m. Minutes bear the signatures of Mayor Peter Sharp and Admin. Assistant Jody Siebert.
