The board noted that counsel and staff had discovered the purchaser and seller fields on the draft were reversed; the correction will be made before the signatures are applied. The motion carried by recorded voice vote with three ayes.
The board indicated the authorization is contingent on the clerical corrections and that any further substantive changes would require additional board review. The school building committee will present relevant materials at the upcoming town meeting for the public to consider a deposit toward the proposed purchase.
