Assistant Town Clerk Molly Morin brought a request from Eden Youth Sports for about $1,200 to buy soccer uniforms and supplies; the board approved the expenditure after the committee reported it is in good financial standing. Molly also informed the board that the equipment shed is deteriorating and suggested the group ask the school about an available shed for storage.
The committee revised sports paperwork so families who do not return uniforms are responsible for replacement costs. The Selectboard recommended that when Molly sends follow-up emails about the shed and the bleachers, she copy the Selectboard so members can decide whether to step in to help.
