At the June 9 meeting of the Eden Selectboard, members met with representatives of two prefabricated-building firms to discuss a proposed town office addition. The presence of contractor representatives — George Burge of Preferred Builders and Shad Minor of Titan Construction — gave the board an opportunity to outline its needs and request written pricing for the project.
The contractors told the Selectboard they would provide estimates for construction and installation; the board will review those prices before deciding how to proceed. No formal motions were recorded on the project at this meeting.
