The Boyceville Community School District Board voted May 6 to accept a Century Fence bid to complete playground fencing at TCE aimed at improving student safety.
Ben Mrdutt moved the motion and Jessie Olson seconded; the board voted unanimously to proceed. During the work session the board discussed that the west-side fence will act as a barrier to keep students contained on the playground and that fencing needs may be adjusted depending on the TCE parking-lot design.
Staff will coordinate installation with the parking-lot plan to ensure fencing placement matches final parking and circulation design.
