Selectboard says staff will track season-pass holder after beach dog bite

The board asked Faye to be notified and agreed staff should document the incident and sign off on the follow-up forms. Members noted potential legal implications for leaving the scene and offered a reprimand policy for repeat offenders, while clarifying public-health issues (rabies concern) would be handled by the injured person’s physician.
