Committee OKs $443,239.68 crack-seal contract to protect pavements ahead of slurry work

Councilman Moody moved to accept the bid not to exceed $443,239.68; Councilman Seagrave seconded and the committee approved unanimously. Council members noted that this work complements other pavement maintenance contracts approved at the meeting.
